Prices are in pounds sterling and do not include a CASE or delivery unless otherwise stated. There is no VAT (tax) to add.

Quotations and Ordering:
We make to individual order, and do not generally have instruments in stock for immediate delivery.
Please contact us to confirm current pricing information. We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications without prior notice.
We will be pleased to provide an individual quotation for our usual, or custom specifications.
Any quoted delivery charges are based prices current at the time of enquiry, and may be revised.
Order completion dates are estimated and may be subject to revision.
A price is agreed and fixed at time of order. This price will be revised if an amended or alternative specification is requested. A deposit may be required.

Customers will be contacted when orders are nearing completion to finalise payment and delivery options.
Payment, or balance of payment is due on completion, before delivery. Where applicable, a charge for post and packing will be included.

Various payment methods are available, including SECURE ONLINE CARD PROCESSING, and details will be supplied on request. Please note that we do not accept card payments by telephone, post, email or as 'card present' transactions. We also ask that customers do not send cash in the post.
